From traditional grape varieties such as Riesling, Pinot Gris, Pinot Blanc and Chardonnay, Domaine Schram offers a variety of expressive wines. Other specialities are the Sylvaner, a variety that has become increasingly rare over the years, as well as Ebling, Rivaner and Auxerrois. Carefully selected, these white wines bring out the unique flavours of each variety to express the character and complexity of their true nature
Nos vins rosés et rouges
Pinot Noir, the region's star red wine variety, combines the cool climate, late harvest, and rich soil of the unique Moselle Valley. This red wine is expressive, with a rich nose and that precise taste expression that comes from the estate's vineyards.
Our rosé is the perfect companion for a warm summer evening. It brings out the unique flavour of our vineyard and expresses both complexity and character, while remaining subtle and light.
